On non-passenger train days entry to the stations of the Dean Forest Railway is free. Donations towards restoration are gratefully received.

Pay once and ride all day!
When you purchase a ticket to travel on the Dean Forest Railway, you may ride as often as you like on that day. Subject to seat availability: Halloween and Santa Specials excluded. See Conditions and Exclusions.*

*Conditions and Exclusions

All travel is subject to availability and confirmation at time of ticket.

Blue dates in the calendar are special events, ticket prices for which are confirmed on the special events page, closer to the event.

Santa Specials are booked seat trains only.

There is no advanced booking for any of our trains or special events other than Halloween, Santa Specials, Day out with Thomas and Dining / Supper trains.

		Visitors with special needs are catered for with space on all trains for wheelchairs. Please call before your visit if you have any particular needs or concerns you would like answered on 01594 845840. We will be only too pleased to help.
		Dogs are welcome on our trains (but not on 'Santa Specials' or 'Day out with Thomas' please unless Guide Dogs). All that we ask is that they are kept on a lead and do not sit on the seats and that you try to keep them from obstructing the aisles!
		We are sorry there are NO TOILETS on our trains, but with adequate facilities, including a disabled toilet at both Norchard Steam Centre, Lydney Junction and Parkend, you should not be caught short for long.
Cycles		Bicycles may be carried on our trains with prior arrangement as space is limited. Please call ahead the day before or sooner if possible on 01594 845840 to make arrangements. Please tell us how many bicycles there will be in your party, so we can advise availability of space.
Push Chairs		Child push chairs can be taken on our trains. It is preferable if you can fold them up for storage, however limited space is available in the guard's compartment if left open. Please ask the Station Master or Guard before getting on the train if you need any help.

Standard Fares

Unlimited all day rover fare for trains Lydney Junction-Norchard-Parkend.

Valid on day of issue up to 18:00hrs.

Pay on the day - no advance bookings - except on certain special event days as specifically advised and party bookings.

		Family of 2 adults with 2 children £28.00
